Dr. Keith Garcia

Medical Director

A native of Texas, Keith Garcia was born in Houston, attended Rice University, and completed a combined MD/PhD program at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Dr. Garcia pursued residency training in Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, where he remained as faculty until 2010. Dr. Garcia relocated to Austin to continue his academic career with the Dell Medical School and Seton Family of Hospitals. Throughout his academic career, Dr. Garcia has cared for patients with co-occurring substance use and psychiatric conditions across the spectrum of treatment settings including inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization programs. In 2017, Dr. Garcia left academics to start his own practice and has focused on providing psychiatric care to people suffering with addiction. Dr. Garcia is a Board Certified in Psychiatry by the ABPN. He has published over 20 articles and chapters across a wide range of topics, has provided mentorship to numerous resident psychiatrists and students, but is most rewarded by working with a team to provide clinical care to patients.

Robin Lindeman

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Robin has worked as a licensed chemical dependency counselor in the field of addiction treatment for almost a decade. Over the course of her career, Robin has directly supervised detox, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient programs. Robin has created and implemented targeted clinical curriculums, with a heavy focus on program development and outcomes data. Robin is an experienced and dynamic leader with a strong focus on compliance, clinical ethics and ensuring quality care is being delivered throughout the Infinite Recovery continuum. Robin is proficient with all Joint Commission regulations, guidelines, and standards, aiding in the oversight and support of all Joint Commission efforts within Infinite Recovery’s continuum. Robin directly oversees all clinical and medical services provided throughout all levels of care within Infinite Recovery. Robin has been in recovery for over 12 years. Through her own recovery, she has found a personal and professional passion in helping others achieve long term sobriety. Robin shares a beautiful life with her husband, two young children, and two dogs. Robin loves the outdoors, swimming, and traveling with her husband and children.

Meredith Loveless

Nurse Coordinator

My name is Meredith Lōveless. I have been a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2006. I am originally from New York but got to Texas as fast as I could! I have focused most of my career on pediatrics but became a substance abuse treatment nurse in 2018 with Infinite Recovery. This job has brought me so much light in my life. Being a part of their start on their road to a whole new life in recovery has been an experience that I value more and more every day with every client we help. Every experience has taught me patience, love, humility and I am humbled to be a part of a company that shows compassion and paves the way to sobriety for so many. Blessed is something that I now have a stronger and solid definition of. Eric Feagins

Nurse Practitioner

Eric Feagins is a Family Nurse Practitioner that has been with Infinite Recovery for about three years now. He has extensive experience working in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Shriners Hospital for Children, prior to coming to Infinite. He completed his undergraduate studies at Texas Tech University and his graduate studies at The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston. He is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Mr. Feagins also worked for four years as a recovery advocate, utilization review agent, and a floor nurse at two different recovery centers in Houston, Texas. He has worked extensively with clients who are dealing with substance use and co-occurring psychiatric conditions over a thirteen-years pan. He has a passion for recovery and enjoys seeing clients regain freedom, hope, and joy in their lives through the recovery process.

Emily Harrison

Clinical Program Counselor

Emily grew up in South Florida and moved to TX after finishing her undergraduate degree. She is passionate about helping people (addict and family) who have been impacted by the consequences of drugs and alcohol. She really enjoys helping their family members and friends cope with the struggle of having a loved one in active addiction or early recovery. Growing up in a family of addicts and obtaining her LCDC has led her to believe that while there is still breath, there is still hope for healing. Healing for the individual and the family.

Emily McMahon

Peer Recovery Case Manager

Emily McMahon is a Peer Recovery Case Manager and certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist here at Infinite Recovery. She is a native Austinite and a person in recovery who is extremely passionate about what she does. Emily quit her career as an engineer to work in the recovery field over two years ago, starting out as an RCA here at Infinite Recovery, and working her way up to her current role. Emily could not imagine doing anything else as she has found her calling helping individuals struggling with addiction. She enjoys seeing the light shine in her client’s eyes during their darkest times and helping guide them through their beginning stages of their recovery journey.

Tanner Williams

Case Management Insurance Liaison

Tanner has been a part of Infinite Recovery for nearly the last 5 years. He is also someone who is in long term recovery and has been clean and sober since 2011. Over the years, he has worked in a variety of positions including recovery coaching, admissions, and case management. Being in recovery himself, Tanner is very dedicated and passionate about helping individuals and families get the help they need.

Katie Barr

Director of Peer Recovery & Alumni Services

Katie has worked in numerous different positions in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Field since 2011 including being a Program Director, Director of Recovery Services, Director of Case Management and an Admissions Specialist. A certified interventionist since 2012, Katie specializes in crisis intervention and helps in treatment plan coordination, as well as discharge planning.

Ryan Derbes

Director of Admissions and Case Management

Ryan has been with Infinite Recovery since February of 2018. After suffering with addiction to oxycodone and heroin and going through treatment multiple times before getting sober, he decided he wanted to work in the treatment field to try to make a difference. Ryan started by working the night shift at Villa San Miguel and now handles admissions and case management. His favorite part of the job is getting to sometimes be the first voice our client’s hear when they are really needing help and to provide hope that they can get better no matter how impossible that may feel.

Ryan Smith

Treatment Center Administrator

Ryan Smith has been with Infinite Recovery since 2016 and is a person in long term recovery. He joined the team with the operations staff and has worked in several departments bringing his compliance background to the organization. He has worked on the team to bring compliance to the forefront to make sure the clients we serve have the safest experience possible. Through his knowledge of Joint Commission standards, we have been able to maintain standards compliance and continue our accreditation over the last 4 years. Ryan continues to ensure that Infinite Recovery complies with state regulation as it pertains to licensed chemical dependency facilities.

Michael Dadashi

Founder/CEO

Our CEO Michael is the heart of Infinite Recovery. Clean and sober since 2009, Michael replaced his old attitudes with a new set of principles that motivated him to extend the same lifesaving second chances he had received to others struggling with addiction. He started by employing other recovering addicts at his e-waste recycling business, MHD Enterprises, which he has owned for more than a decade. Defying just about every possible conventional hiring practice, he grew MHD into an award-winning company.
In 2014, Michael took his mission to help addicts rebuild their lives one step further by opening Infinite Recovery. His goal was to provide a full continuum of care by equipping clients with the tools and support necessary for a successful second chance at life.
Michael has the unique ability to bridge the gap between business and service to others. Michael supports various non-profit organizations such as Facing Addiction, Recovery People, Lifesteps, Austin Community College Foundation and serves on the board of Communities for Recovery and Teen and Family Services. Michael’s definition of success is to live life with complete purpose and passion for all he does both personally and professionally.

Amanda Prine

Admissions Team Lead

Amanda has been working for Infinite Recovery for almost 2 years now. Amanda is very grateful for the changes that Infinite Recovery has brought to her life and her sobriety. She believes that being able to help her brothers and sisters in recovery obtain and maintain their sobriety is a chance for her to give back to the people that were there to help her when she needed them. She genuinely cares about each client that she works with and will go above and beyond trying to help them achieve sobriety. Amanda has been sober since 2014 and is vital member of the admissions team here. Her passion is trying to show her brothers and sisters in recovery that the impossible is possible.
